Flexible work-time model

Arranging work and family

We offer you a modern work-time model depending on your personal situation, to enable you to fairly split your time between your family, leisure and work. You will work flexi-time and can adapt your daily work-time to your individual needs. Work in the production department is 2 or 3 shifts.

We are a supportive partener of the „Koblenz Bündnis für Familie“ (Koblenz Cooperative for Families). This association of various companies, social institutions and groups from Koblenz is strongly involved in the balance of work and family and offers, for example, holiday camps for employees' children.
